From a young age, I’ve been an avid sportsman, and through my journey in sports, I learned some invaluable lessons—hard work, resilience, empathy, and teamwork. These principles have not only shaped my personal life but have also played a crucial role in my professional growth. As an agency leader, I strive to bring these same values into my leadership style, always focusing on the positive development of my associates. I believe that leadership is not just about guiding people—it’s about lifting them up, understanding their struggles, and being a part of their journey every step of the way.

One of the core beliefs I hold is that true learning happens in real-world situations. That’s why I’m always on the ground with my associates, working alongside them in the field. I believe that exposure to clients with different needs allows my team to learn, adapt, and grow faster. By completing joint fieldwork together, I can better support my associates, provide valuable insights, and share in their experiences. It’s through these hands-on moments that they develop the skills and confidence to excel in this industry.
Since joining the financial advisory industry in 2013, I have been promoted to Senior Director in 2018 and more recently to Executive Director in 2024. While I am proud of my awards and recognition, I firmly believe that there is no such thing as “self-made” success. Every accomplishment I have achieved is the result of the collective effort and support from the incredible people I’ve met along the way. I owe my success to God, my family, Inzy, and the 128 associates in my division who continue to inspire and motivate me every day. Their belief in me, their hard work, and their shared vision have been the cornerstone of everything I’ve accomplished. I will always be grateful to them for helping shape who I am today. As I continue this journey, I remain deeply committed to helping others achieve success, just as I have. I look forward to what the future holds, knowing that with the right values, the right team, and the right mindset, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish together.
