I worked in banking sales for almost three years, and while the income was decent, the lifestyle I had developed was unsustainable. Recognizing the need for change, I joined the financial advisory industry in 2015 when an opportunity presented itself to me, determined to create a healthier and more fulfilling life for myself. That decision ultimately led to my promotion to Executive Director in 2024.
Starting out as a financial advisor, I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed the work, but I soon realized my true passion wasn’t just in individual client interactions—it was in leadership and helping others unlock their full potential. After two years, I transitioned into a management role, and since then, I’ve been focused on building and nurturing a strong, dedicated team. Being able to help people in so many ways has played a significant role in my decision to pursue this career and also in remaining motivated to stay on this path.

What truly excites me about this career is its capacity to make a profound impact on people’s lives. Helping my agents achieve financial happiness has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey. Watching them succeed, reach their goals, and grow has been incredibly fulfilling. My agency isn’t just a career to me— it’s a part of who I am and the passion that drives me every day. I don’t keep track of the days I work because I truly believe in the work we do and the lives we help change.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in this career is, “If you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” Building strong relationships and connections with my team is essential for long-term success. Creating a supportive environment where everyone grows together is my metric of good leadership.

When it comes to my team, I’m always on the lookout for individuals who know they want to achieve something but may not know where to start. It’s that drive and potential that excites me, and I’m here to guide them every step of the way. Finding the right people who share my vision and values isn’t always easy, especially with a younger generation who tend to be more doubtful. Bridging that gap has been one of the most rewarding challenges of my career, and working through this with my younger agents has been a truly fulfilling experience.
