EDAN-INZY BEN TANG ORG

INZY Group

Edan began his career with a background in accounting, initially aspiring to become a chartered accountant. As a naturally introverted individual, he never imagined stepping into a career that required a highly outgoing personality. However, when a close friend introduced him to the financial advisory industry a decade ago, the opportunity felt like a promising new direction. In 2015, he took a bold leap of faith, transitioning into the field, and by 2023, he had achieved the significant milestone of being promoted to Associate Director.

Over the last 10 years, one of the most fulfilling aspects of his work has been the ability to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Edan takes great pride in helping clients navigate financial challenges, achieve their goals, and experience personal growth. The sense of purpose he derives from his work is what continues to drive him every day.

His leadership journey has been equally transformative, pushing him to be more empathetic and to refine his communication skills. He has developed a deep understanding of both his associates’ and clients’ needs, providing thoughtful, tailored solutions that truly benefit them. As he looks toward the future, Edan remains dedicated to continuous improvement and adapting to the ever-changing financial landscape, knowing that growth is a lifelong pursuit.

Integrity and a strong mindset are the cornerstones of Edan’s professional ethos. When recruiting for his team, he seeks candidates who share these values. Trustworthiness is of utmost importance in the financial advisory field, where professionals are entrusted with clients’ financial well-being. For Edan, earning and maintaining that trust is essential to long-term success. One of the most challenging aspects of recruitment is finding individuals who not only possess the required skills but also align with the organization’s culture and values.

For those considering a career in financial advisory, Edan offers a simple but powerful piece of advice: “Have patience and perseverance.” Building a client base and advancing in this field takes time, and setbacks are an inevitable part of the process. However, with persistence and dedication, the rewards—both personal and professional—will be well worth the journey, as they have been for him.
