I have always believed success is not achieved alone, rather it is a culmination of teamwork, discipline, and a shared commitment to growth. Over the years, I have focused on both achieving personal milestones, and creating a supportive environment where the people around me can flourish collectively.

Beyond performance and results, the real fulfilment is watching my team progress and achieve their own success. Being there as they grow, overcome hurdles, and reach new milestones is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do. When the right support system is in place, individuals are able to unlock their potential and progress with confidence, and I strive to continue providing that.

As a leader, I focus on being approachable, patient, and supportive. I believe strong teams are built on trust, open communication, and mutual respect. By encouraging collaboration and sharing experiences, I aim to create an environment where everyone feels driven, confident, and valued.

I am also grateful for the guidance and direction from my leaders at INZY, whose vision and foresight have played a significant role in shaping the way I approach my work and leadership.
In particular, I would like to credit my Executive Director, Kendrick Kwek, for his mentorship and leadership. His encouragement, perspective, and belief in developing people have inspired me to continue improving and follow in his footsteps.
